Super comfortable!! I originally purchased this chair for my mom who has issues with balance and her knee. The swivel is very loose and there is no brake. This coupled with the lack of lever function made it impossible for her to use, so consider who will be using the chair. That said, I brought it to my home and love it! The heat feature is comforting without being overwhelming. The extention/recline is perfect. The massage feature is just OK, its loud and a little hard to adjust the zones. Not the best remote, its not lit and a little hard to read. Very easy to assemble in minutes. To sum it up great chair, not a wise choice for the elderly.

Perfection. Convenient cup holders, remote is attached, buttons are clear and light up. Chair is very comfy, enough cushion to endure the entire massage.Let's of bang for the money. Highly recommend.

Not exactly what I was expecting. At this price, I expected it would be more like the one I bought in the past, which was all electrical. The seat is NOT all soft and plush as advertised. It is actually pretty stiff. The pattern isn't as shown. The box is too small for the size of the base, so it punctured through the box. This is a $200 chair at best.
