I just love it. I don't care about what people say about Huawei. This watch looks amazing, battery is excellent (i had to charge my Samsung Classic 5 every 2 days). I am not into fitness but I think its good.

This is the 3rd generation of this brand that I have used. I am impressed at its features compared to other brands on the market. I have a Pixel phone in the USA and it works with it perfectly. Syncing, calling features, text features, workouts, tracking and records. It is a 10 out of 10 for me. The battery life for all the features it has is the standard that all the other brands need to follow. Until then, it is the best bang for money. Looks very stylish and modern. You can't beat it!

This watch is not fully compatible with the iOS operating system. The option to add additional watch faces through the Health app is non existent. After going back and forth with the seller (through Amazon), they finally admitted that without access to an Android device, the options for downloading additional watch faces are limited. In addition, it was impossible to contact Huawei through their support page on their website. When trying to send them an email, they require you to provide your country or region. When I entered United States, the page automatically redirects back to a page promoting their watches. I was not able use their feedback form to send an email. I also tried joining their online community. They require both an email and phone number. After entering my phone number I received the following error message: "An unexpected problem was encountered. Please check back later and try again." I did try again, multiple times, over multiple days, using multiple browsers. I received the same error message every time. In addition to being frustrating, it is completely unacceptable. The only positive experience I had was finally being able to contact them through Amazon's seller form. Whoever I was communicating with was prompt, respectful, professional, and genuinely attempted to resolve my issue. I appreciated that. I suggested they do a better job clearly disclosing the various limitations and incompatibility issues with iOS so potential buyers know that before they purchase.
