I give this product high marks simply because it is a natural product that doesn't smell like chemicals and most importantly, it works for me! I tried it after a friend recommended it. I was going to a lot of outdoor weddings and I am a mosquito magnet.I get bit instantly and in quantity. I have yet to get bit whenever I've used this. And like any product, it would be best to reapply after a certain point in a 24 hour period. Does it have a smell to it? Yes, of course. It is made of plant based essential oils. If anyone wants odorless, you likely won't find it in a plant based oil. Is it sticky. Yes, there is a bit of tackiness, but again, it's an oil based product and frankly, the oil insures it's not going to just disappear if you perspire or sweat outdoors. I would rather go to an outdoor event and not end up with 20 bright red blotches from mosquito bites all over my legs than care about the slight Pledge like smell for a little while. It seems to be most notable when first applied than it fades. BTW, I have a very heightened sense of smell. If you travel with it, put it in a small zip lock bag for sure. So depending on preference and if people read the product description, you'll see a wide range of reviews on it.

So I have skeeter syndrome which is that I’m allergic to a mosquitos saliva. Not only that but if I had 100 people trapped in a room including myself and 1 mosquito. I would be bit…. My blood is a mosquito magnet. Anyways, I bought this stuff for Halloween because I had to be outside passing candy at my in laws. And it definitely has a strong scent. And it’s not a great one. Definitely something I wouldn’t put on for a wedding like one review said.Anyways, I dosed myself in it on Halloween. Woke up the next day with only one bite. And guess where it was. On my Ass. The one area I didn’t spray….So 9/10! Almost the perfect product besides smell.

we are always looking for natural bug spray that works - this does the trick - for camping trips and summer evenings, this really helped keep the bugs away, and the smell is not bad at all. The spray works well for even coverage, and kids didn't mind using it. I would definitely buy again

It works to some extent but I still got bite in an area where I had less product on , so you have to really cover yourself thoroughly and the smell is kinda strong not terrible though but still strong..

I'm horribly allergic to deet so always searching for an effective alternative. Skin-so-soft, Off & Cutter 'natural', etc. just don't work for me. This product works great! Mosquitos really, really like me so while golfing I may have to apply a 2nd coat but overall very effective! I like the citronella'ish scent and I feel it only a minimal amount on my skin. Hasn't discolore any fabric. Bottle did tend to leak s little but probably because I kept in car with fluctuating temps and also got "tossd" around being in golf bag. Compared to 'Mosquito Net' that is no longer made, it's slightly less effective but a lot less tacky feeling; scent is about the same. Overall extremely pleased and will order again.

I live in the desert southwest and walk my dog every evening. At dusk the no-see-ums are out in force and they bite hard. This keeps them off. I spray some into a cotton ball and swab my ears, nose, chin, arms and legs and I am good to go. My dog throws a fit when I first apply it, the smell is strong. I am allergic to fake scents in candles, plug-ins, perfume, etc and get an instant migraine from it, but I am fine with this stuff, the smell dissipates quickly. and I don't get a headache from it. I gave it a low rating for travel because you are limited on liquids for travel.

I like the smell. And it can help to keep mosquitoes away for around 1-2 hours after spraying this.
