As a 38 year old fella I feel the affects of aging and decreasing testosterone. I have been weight lifting for 20 years and have always been naturally lean and muscular but I’ve noticed it’s getting harder to stay lean and my abs aren’t showing as much and developing fat. I’ve been taking only half serving size (3 pills) per day and noticed a boost in my lift and testosterone, and abs coming back after one week! I've been taking beef liver capsules for well over a year now. I started taking these particular ones after I moved to the States and they're on par with the ones I was taking back home in NZ. I love that they source some of their beef from NZ, that's definitely a plus for me.Now, why do I take these and why do I struggle without them...First of all, I don't know exactly what's up with my body lately but after having my second child and going through some lifestyle changes, my energy levels have significantly plummeted and I started experiencing mood swings like never before, especially during that time of the month.I knew I needed some kind of supplement to support my energy levels because I just couldn't handle it anymore not being able to keep up with my baby and getting grumpy and snappy every other day due to that tiredness and my hormones being out of whack.I'm not a doctor or expert in any health field but after taking beef liver capsules my energy levels felt manageable for once and I wasn't having extreme mood swings anymore.Now don't get me wrong, this isn't a miracle supplement. this is a food product loaded with iron and b complex.. its a great substitute for a meal if you are trying to lose weight..its also an excellent source of protein .. no fat.. just liver..mive been taking 10 pills daily for 50 years.. still healthy and strong.. all my own teeth and hair. whoohoo highly recommend .
