Great value computer
This, in my opinion, is a great deal for those who are NOT gamers and power users. I’m using it for home computing, finances, photos. Plenty fast (for us out in the country with limited connectivity.)

Only 8GB of memory ram
Seems okay. But description says 32GB RAM whereas when I opened My Dell, it says 8 GB memory. Not as described.

Won't Support Windows Hello
For what it's worth, the laptop camera is inadequate to support facial recognition, and there is no support for fingerprint either. Requires old school 4 digit login.

Wrong soft ware
Bought this computer I thought it was new come to fine out Dell ship it to Best Buy. I believe it was sold and the people brought it back and then Best Buy stole it to this company. When I got it I was trying to load things on it they would load but when you reboot it the program would disappear. Come to fine out the computer was configure for windows 11 home version and they change it to windows 11Pro. Spent hours trying figure it out didn’t get anywhere.
