Excellent pastry flour
The short crust pastry is amazing... So tasty and short. My quiche came out really great... Only if there was no delivery charge or would be very economical..

Convenient at a pinch, but lacks the flaky texture and flavour of homemade pastry. Full marks, though, fot offering a handy and quick snack-making ingredient. Makes good samosas!

Great quality... Nice and crumbly
After a long time could buy online good quality short crust mix. It's really simple to make .. I tried quiche with it and came out really good.. nice and crumbly....I wish we could buy online puff pastry sheets but yet to find one.

Good crust
This made a much better crust than using our own homemade base.Definitely a good packet.Can easily make 2, 9 inch quiche from one packet
