Good hold, could be a bit tighter. Would be nice if it had been a pair for the price instead of a single.

I use this item when making dressing changes for foot, wound care. Better than bulky dressings, while holding everything in place. Great Product!!

This sleeve is hard to get on and off, but once it is on, it really does help and is comfortable to wear all day.

Used to help with my planters fasciitis. I wear it during tennis and Pickleball and when I take long walks. Very tight. Keeps my feet pain free

It is just what I need. Fluid collects every day in my ankle and foot due to a severe sprain 30 years ago. This product keeps it down and is unobtrusive making it easy to wear every day. It runs a little small though.

This is my second update. First I gave it 5 stars, but then when the heel showed signs of ripping, I took off 2 stars. But now I am putting back a star because I think these are better than the other product I tried, Plantar Fasciitis Foot Compression Sleeves, which I had to return; although they seemed to be better made, with a smoother material, they irritated my skin terribly and were so tight at the top that my toes went numb. So now I am ordering another pair of these (I am still using the first), only now I will put them on more carefully so as not to rip the heels..Here is what I initially wrote: My feet and ankles have been swollen, probably from too much sitting at the desk. Also I injured one foot with a bad bruise and even more swelling and soreness. I spent a long time looking for the right product. I wasn't expecting much from these. I wear a size 7.5 shoe and got the Medium. I waiting till the morning to try them on, figuring that my feet might be less swollen then. At first they seemed tight but then I was able to easily pull them on over my heel because of the way they are constructed, with stretchy areas. It took a little getting used to but I've been wearing them for 7 hours now. I took them off to take a shower (after having them on about 3 hours) and for the first time in months I looked down at 2 normal sized feet. I was very happy about that, and they also relieve the discomfort of stretched skin that comes with the swelling as well as a feeling of support and an easing of the pain. Now it's just a question of seeing how long they last with wear and washings.

I love the material and how they feel. I ordered a medium sz 8 shoe. Could be just a tad tighter so not sure if I should just order down a size or different compression level. But very nice.

It is like having 24 hours massage. My plantar fascitis has been improved and I am almost cured.
