The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because the seat is not stable. I have to tighten the seat after each use because it keeps coming lose. During my first ride the seat came off. I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to respond and sent me a video on how to install. But it's still gets lose after my workout. Overall this is a great bike and has everything I need. I purchased a different peddle do I can click in with my shoes and customer service sent me a few recommendations that works with the bike. I do Peloton and was not willing to pay Peloton price and this bike covers it. Love how smooth the ride is and very stable. I definitely will recommend this product. FYI set up where the bike is going to be! This bike is heavy and the package is heavy also. Enjoy your ride!

I did a lot of research before buying this bike and for the price, it’s a great bike ( in theory)... but unfortunately 8 months into it, the resistance knob doesn’t work. I’m yet to receive a helpful response from the company. I’ve sent my info to them several times. Disappointed and frustrated. I could have paid a little more and probably purchased from a company with better customer service and better warranty. So really do your homework before you buy... or make sure you get extended warranty!

It took about 2 weeks to receive the bike. Came in a box and was extremely heavy!!! But that’s one of the main reasons I ordered it, heavy flywheel. Assembly wasn’t too bad. I would definitely suggest building it where you plan on keeping it, especially if you’re putting it upstairs like me. I did a small 15 min. workout today and it was a very smooth ride! Not noisy at all, honestly I love the sound of a moving wheel. Nothing overly extra about the bike but just another reason why I really liked it. Overall, I’m excited to have this in my home!!!

When I open the package, some of these parts are broken. In addition, some of these parts weren’t even there. Never again. I was excited for this product too. Disappointment.

The bike arrives in a 145lb box. So truly encourage you to built where it’s going to be set up. It’s heavy. Assembly was smooth and had all of the pieces.Bike is smooth to ride on and easy to adjust the weighted wheel. Great ride to pair with cycling apps or going at your own speed/pace.

The left pedal nut was frozen. I requested a replacement pedal and never received itWay to go!

Perfect bike to push your endurance and distance. The seat is comfortable and does not move around. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who is in the market for an at home bike!

Great stability, very comfortable handlebars, I am able to use a variety of apps on my phone, a phone mount would be very helpful
