I was in the market for a yoga mat that provided a good grip for my hands and feet and this brand was suggested to me by my yoga instructor for that reason. I get sweaty, and I do not slip with this mat. I ordered the 2mm mat but debated between this thickness and the 4mm. If you are looking for a little more cushion, go with either the 4mm or 6mm mat; the 2mm doesn't offer much cushion. After the first use, I knew this was the right choice for me. I would recommend this to anyone who gets sweaty and has problems with slipping.

No. This mat is huge disappointment. I love the regular weight B Mat. I purchased the travel mat because I was looking for the same quality and stickiness.The first time I used this mat it flaked; little pieces of the mat ended up flaking off on my clothing. The mat fell short in that it was slippery.I returned it. I still love my B Mat but won’t be buying this brand of travel mat again.

This mat is very sticky, so this is a good choice if you have trouble with sliding on other yoga mats. It is also very thin, so if you use it every day you’ll want to layer it over a thicker mat. For travel, it folds well and was easy to pack in a suitcase. Overall a nice travel or every day mat.

Superb mat! This is the only type of mat which does not let you slip even with sweaty hands and feet.It's lightweight, easy to clean and does not get those annoying folds when unrolled after being rolled for a while.This one is not too thick or thin so those with sensitive knees may want to look into the other types of B Mats.Definitely a great investment

Terrible. Second use and it ripped when pivoting my foot. I’m 160 lbs. I’m so irritated. Just ordered 5 of these for my studio.

First yoga mat. Thickness is awful. I wish I would have known to pay attention to how thick the mat was. Length is good.

I have the thick version of this may too, which I love but I needed one for travel. This one is super light and foldable, easy to put in a suitcase and super stylish like all of their mats. Seems more slippery than their regular mat (b strong). But I’ve only used it once so far...

Pros:-Natural material-Has a stickiness to it so no slipping in different poses-Very long, as in my 5’6” and I just barely stretch past the ends from feet to fingers-Seems durable after a month of useCons:-Very thin, maybe uncomfortable if you have hard floors underneath (thicker version may solve this)-After some uses you can see skin marks where your feet touch for example (at least on the dark blue)-Has a rubber smell, which is to be expected but may bother some people with sensitivities-Sticky to the point it is hard to flow into some posesOverall, I love my mat, and would buy again although I’d go for the thicker one.

Very grippy, even great for hot yoga!I tried folding it like the photo said and it wasn't practical for traveling that way. It's light enough to roll and take with you... But I was hoping for something more foldable.Overall, I'd purchase again!!

Unfortunately my window to return this just closed. I had to leave it outside for three weeks to air out the smell and then today on my first time using it the surface pilled into little rolls when my heel brushed down it, leaving little gouges in the mat. A yoga mat should be able to stand up to a tiny bit of abrasion made in contact with body parts.

The mat is excellent but the description was misleading because it said 72" it the description but in the specs/fine print below it said 85". I received the extra long size which I didn't want for 2 reasons: 1)I'm short and don't need it and 2) as a travel mat, less volume and weight in my luggage is the goal. I returned it and bought one locally at a sports store at a higher cost and not in the colour I wanted.This mat would get 5 stars if I'd received the size I expected. The grip is excellent and, though it's thin, it feels good to practice on. It really is easy to pack, either folded or rolled if you have a big case. It's not super light, though, so mind your luggage weight!
