Great gadget! I like it for interval training for wstersports(flat-water canoe/kayak, rowing). Peeps are load, should by the silicone skin from Gymboss.

Perfect for circuit training!
All the gymboss timers I have ever used have been fantastic! This is is slightly louder than the older models and is perfect for any type of CrossFit or circuit training! You will definitely be able to hear it over any music playing.

Easy set up. Versatile- using as timer for stretching routine with multiple cycles and single timer for rest period between lifts. Also used for dual times for HIIT cardio. Bought two- one for myself and one for my wife.

Easy to use!
The interval timer is easy to set up and easy to use.Small compact and lightweight.It has a strong clip that clips to your top or even your watch strap!It has a vibrant setting and 2 volume settings.I used this in interval training for a marathon.It’s fantastic! Would absolutely recommend!
