The only medicine that helps my kids when they are ill or teething badly
I keep ordering this as this is the only medicine that helps my twins when they are teething. Its very very sad when you see your kid in pain and nothing helps.. however this one, it does.

Effective for small kids but syringe often faulty
This is the only one type of ibuprofen my son can stand without feeling sick. I know it's not a "strawberry" but flavour is acceptable without too much drama. It works great bringing his temperature down in about half an hour. Also helps with sore throat. Syringe could be better tho. I've ordered it few times so far and more than once I've had a situation that every time I've tried to suck it up to syringe it was going back up inside bottle leaving syringe half full. Thankfully I've had some spare syringes.
