Good quality cameras at a good price
Purchased the black 4 camera, 10" monitor, 1 TB HDD security set. Arrived quickly, all parts accounted for. Set up is pretty easy, you can view all 4 cameras on multiple devices at no extra cost unless you want to purchase additional cloud storage, I do not. This is my second security camera unit from Hiseeu, had the first set about 4 years then lightning struck my house and I lost several electronic devices. These cameras have a clear, sharp picture. Color in the daylight and black & white at night. Infared night vision is very good. When my motion detection lights come on at night the cameras switch to color. One way audio is clear and easy to hear. Play back is available on all devices. Called the support line before purchasing to ask a question, someone answered the phone and answered my question.

A Huge Upgrade — Great Product with Excellent Support
After having a bad experience with my previous security system, I was cautiously optimistic about trying this security camera system. I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant at first, especially after reading a few mixed reviews. But I decided to take the chance, and I’m really glad that I did!Right out of the box, the system felt well-built and thoughtfully packaged. During the initial setup, I did run into one issue: the internal hard drive wasn’t being recognized, which had me worried. However, I reached out to Hiseeu’s customer service, and they responded quickly with clear and helpful troubleshooting steps. I followed their guidance, and thankfully, the issue was resolved without much hassle.Once everything was up and running, I immediately noticed how much better this system was compared to my old one. The video quality is sharp and reliable, both during the day and at night. The remote viewing feature works flawlessly, giving me peace of mind when I’m away from home. Setup was straightforward, and the cameras connected easily to the NVR without any complicated configuration. What really impressed me beyond the product itself was the customer support — responsive, patient, and effective. That kind of support makes a huge difference when dealing with tech products.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this system. It’s reliable, easy to use, and backed by a company that stands behind their product. I finally feel confident in my home security, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a dependable and affordable surveillance solution.

Awesome system, highly recommended
I purchased this several months ago and it’s a great system. So easy to set up and I love that it has sound. I did have a problem with one of my cameras going out but contacted the company and they were quick to respond. Walked me through the steps to troubleshoot and when that didn’t work they sent a replacement very quickly. I would 100% recommend this product!

zero stars. don't bother.
Think I'll just list the issues. Who reads paragraphs nowadays anyway :-)- main system was up no more than two hours. had three "no storage device" errors. i've seen other reviews mention something similar. i'm NOT going to contact the manufacturer for something so fundamental in its literal first two hours - it's going back.- picture quality when connected over HDMI is a-w-f-u-l. like when televisions were CRT awful. no excuse for this. too much green, it seems?- rtsp streaming insutrctions on the device are hard-coded to an ip that doesn't even exist on my network (192.168.1.114) and there's no mention of the admin user's password in the link. shoddy programming. it should be dynamic and based on the current IP of the DVR. the info as provided will never work- streaming wasn't possible, even when requesting the correct address- no - I do not want to use an app or the internet. I want a closed system just for me and my family's security, with hard drive recordings to refer back to if need be.- i will give a little credit, though - data export to a usb drive, albeit slow, does seem to show a better quality pictureimagine someone not overly tech savvy who wants a simple wireless NVR for some home security. This will NOT work out of the box without some additional knowledge / experience. Shameful. And at $500US (May 2025) that's far too expensive of a crapshow to be acceptable.Sheesh my $25 dashcam works better than this. Maybe I'll just buy a bunch of those instead lol.Returning as soon as I submit this review.

Watch out!
Everything was pretty much as advertised. I had trouble getting one camera to pair but my daughter saved the day by pairing it with her phone. I don't know how that works but it did. Another item is the term "wireless". I isn't wireless in the sense that the cameras each need to be powered by a 120V outlet. The wireless is the wifi connection of the recorder. The 12V power supplies are not long enough for even our small home so we needed to buy 12V power supply extensions. Also, I have yet to get any of the cameras flood lights to come on when it begins recording due to an "event" like motion detection. The last negative thing I have is that I couldn't get the phone app (android) to work without paying a subscription for something I wasn't sure would work. For the money I would say those setup is a good choice for someone who wants a low entry level security camera or just wants to watch wildlife.
