Decorative toy/noisemaker. Not remotely an instrument.
This is a toy and/or decoration. Yes, it makes noise and technically they are notes but they are not the notes indicated by the stickers or chart. Six of the 12 pipes make no noise whatsoever. I’m an experimental musician so I’ll find some way to utilize this thing but if you want something legitimate— avoid this purchase at all costs. I wouldn’t be nearly as upset had the price not been so high for what I just received. Plus, the packaging was DEMOLISHED. Flimsy cardboard. I’m shocked this toy even survived. Really disappointed.

My grandson is one of those that can pick up just any instrument and play it. He loves this!

several pipes that did not work and needed repair, or lacked a hole to allow it to make sound
The media could not be loaded. When a friend of mine who owned a khaen tried fixing it for me, he found that there were no holes for it to get air to make its key sound.And five were like that. It definitely was rushed, so will not buy this one again. Will look elsewhere for a better quality
