I recently switched to the ResMed Quattro FX Full Face Replacement Headgear in medium, and it's been an absolute game-changer for my sleep quality. This is good stuff however it took a month and 3 payments refunded, this creates problems with insurance companies cause it messed up my compliance record, this stuff can get serious

For the price it would have been nice to know in advance clips are not included. It should be posted in the description instead of at the bottom of the page. Considering the pictures show it with clips

Also the picture clearly showed clips for the mask but there were no clips included.

Bought these twice now. Ordered medium. Received standard, both times. Works well, holds up well over time. Eventually the Velcro fastener wears out but I got a lot of use out of it. Only complaint is they seem way over priced for what amounts to fabric cut and sewn to a form. C'mon guys, give us a break. We need our money for food and entertainment.

The Medium size headgear was ordered on Feb 19, 2022, the estimated delivery was early March but it did not arrive until April 2. The seller did update the order to apologize for the delay and offered a refund. Considering today's supply chain woes, it's hard to say whose fault that is.The good news is that the "Standard" size fits perfectly and feels much better than another universal headgear i bought in the interim.The two photos show my old Medium size label and the new Standard size label.Next time I will order new headgear before I really need it!

The picture is with clips. Its easy to overlook where it state that clips are not included.
