Please read my review
I am absolutely suited, I have epilepsy and other head and memory problems. I always carry thus fone fully charged, and in a specual case with a mobile powerbank, so I know I have a better chance of not getting into a bad situation. The emergency button and torch make this fone even better.

Good phone for the elderly
I bought this phone for my elderly mother, who simply couldn't operate other smaller types of phones due to her arthritic fingers. This one in that regard is perfect. Large buttons that are very responsive and even has the option to have an audible confirmation of the number you have pressed.I've knocked a star off, purely for the fact that there's no way she would have been able to program any numbers into the phones contact list herself as the instructions aren't that clear - but with some practice and perseverance I managed to sort that out for her and set up the speed dials for common contacts. The phone came with a nice cradle to stand the phone in for charging and the USB cable - however it didn't come with any plug to plug it into the wall - again, I was fortunate to be able to have a spare one that I gave her, but if she'd have had to have dealt with it on her own, she'd never have known how to charge it up!The SOS button on the back is configurable to either do nothing, send a text and call an emergency number. This is a blessing as you know that you are only a simple button press away and this does work well. If it's pressed by mistake, you do get a few seconds to cancel the alert before the text or phone call is made!Audio quality is fine and the speakerphone is useful too. Overall a good basic, no frills telephone, ideal for someone who needs something a little bigger in their elderly years and just wants a device for emergencies.

Excellent
Bargain for the money. More than expected it has a torch, very easy to use and big buttons. Great phone for elderly people or someone with eye sight issues needing big buttons.

Tis was easy to set up
This was a brilliant phone for my father who was able to use the phone easily and access the buttons easily.Just a three things- I had to stick a label on the charging cradle to remind him to make sure the phone was facing the label - then he got the charging points aligned - if you put it in backwards it won't charge.- I had to turn off the torch because Dad gripping the phone kept turning the torch on at the side button and then he didn't know how to turn it offI had to buy a longer cable for the charger so the charging cradle could be near enough to him
