Well made, but not meant to make your iPhone work like a GoPro
The media could not be loaded. I was a bit confused with the "Ofeely" name on quite a few of the DJI-specific parts, but this came branded as DJI and is made really, really well. I've included a 720p version of the video I'm posting to YouTube, and it's going to be part of an Osmo Mobile review anyway, but I figured I could answer some questions I've seen posted elsewhere.I clamped it to an S-Works carbon fiber/composite riser bar on my mountain bike, and it stayed in place quite well with the weight of the Osmo Mobile and the iPhone 6s Plus attached. In this configuration with the outer polymer/TPU bushing, it held much better than a bike-specific mount for 1/4-20 action cameras, which I had the GoPro Hero4 Black attached to a Feiyu Tech WG gimbal (it slid down and rolled over the handlebar). The mount and gimbal worked great together, but...1. Does the mount have a "shock absorber" or damper of some sort? Partly. It has a spring of some sort, appears to use the friction of the anodized materials to slow the extension of the spring after compression. It works pretty well in general.2. Is the clamp solid? I think so. I love it, and plan on using it for other mounts, such as on tripod cross bracing, in-car chassis bracing, etc. As such, I think it would be great to let you use your phone during an autocross or other track event where the gimbal can compensate for lateral loading, and the mount's damper can cope with bigger bumps that the vehicle's suspension soaked up most of. Think vlogging from a Polaris RZR or a boat when you're out of GoPro Sessions or not taking big hits. ;-)3. Easy to put on? Yep. The brass bushing that the eccentric (quick release) compresses is square on the outside so it lines up correctly, along with an inner cylinder that seats it squarely into the "jaw" portion to swings out and around the handlebar or whatever fixture you're mounting this to. Due to this design, the lever does not have to be completely unscrewed to remove it, and in most cases if it was released it would likely come loose but not completely release the jaw. This would be akin to the "lawyer tabs" you see on mountain bike forks that aren't using thru-axles or their variants. In short, it's awesome, but it won't make your $1,000 smartphone into a GoPro, Garmin Virb, YI 4K, or anything similar. Surprisingly, on my 6Fattie/27.5+ (27.5"x3.0") full suspension mountain bike that rides like a trophy truck the FaceTime camera footage was amazingly smooth. I wouldn't want to focus on the phone, and since I do a LOT of severe off-road riding (you'll see the Feiyu Tech WG/GoPro combo in action on my YouTube page for Pedals & Pinheads) I'd be more concerned about trashing the phone and gimbal, along with it possibly injuring me in the event of a crash. So yeah, I like it. :-)

The very best bike mount out there
The very best bike mount out there. SUPER SMOOTH VIDEO every time. Superb craftsmanship as with all of the OSMO accessories and products.

Needs pre-tensioning
The spring is not very sturdy. I had to pre-tension it go avoid over-extending the mechanism.

Well made and works great!
I purchased this mount to so that I could attach my Osmo to my bike when I'm riding. I must say that all of the DJI's accessories that I've purchase thus far have been well made. Extremely sturdy and durable. This is no different. It's easy to mount no instructions needed. The only minor problem that I had was that you have to remove the bracket that normally holds your phone...so you won't be able to see what you are filming. I'd recomment purchasing a separate phone mount to attach to your bike (if you need to see what your filming). Other than that, this is a great accessory and the little shock absorber really helps in producing some smooth footage.

Parts missing and worn
Before I even get into a product review. I will say it was a FAIL shortly after unboxing... It is missing the barrel nut that the Quick Release lever screws into rendering it un-mountable... it also appears to have wear marks on it as if it were used. Anyway it may have been a fluke but at $49 I am pretty disappointed.

It's designed for light duty biking, when I took to the mountain bike trail, the unit will not handle the damp needed for stable video. It's a well designed mount with quality construction. However, makes a lot of noise on the rebound that's captured in the video.

Very nice bike mount
I have this mounted on my HD motorcycle. It holds the OsmoCam just fine, and no notice of shaking on the camera. Well constructed, awesomely boxed. High class.
