We love it! VERY high quality!
I'm a fabricator and was VERY impressed by the fit, finish and quality of this unit. The dimensions are VERY tight and what is listed. Unlike most products you can't trust what it listed, you can bet your life on these dimensions! Installed easy, looks great and works perfect. Will be buying more soon!

Better than expected. Huge flame!
The media could not be loaded. This was my first fire pit build. I had some old deck boards from when I remodeled my deck and put together a concrete top to hold the pan.The Pan was extremely easy to install. Instructions were clear and shows connection options for both LP and NG. I have it temporarily hooked up with propane until I run the natural gas line to the location. As you can see in my video, it has a really stout flame. The 90k BTU provides plenty of warmth and the flame is really consistent across the entire burner.I don’t have any complaints about it. I did get a little discoloration on the edge of the pan where the flame drifted due to the slight breeze we had. Probably because of the propane vs natural gas. However it cleaned off easily. My only recommendation would be to buy a multi-turn valve vs a quarter turn valve. I bought the Stanbroil quarter turn valve and it doesn’t allow much fine-tuning of the flame. It is nearly all or nothing. And the “all” is a huge flame. My video shows about the minimal flame I could achieve the quarter turn value. So if you want a small flame, keep that in mind.On another note. I purchased both the Stanbroil valve and electric ignition that were recommended. Neither come with documentation for install or operation. I had to kind of figure it out. But was not too bad. The pan comes with a plate for installing the electric igniter, but doesn’t say what it is for and does not provide the screw to mount it. Luckily I had some stainless steel hardware on hand. Once installed it worked flawlessly however.I would recommend this product. It is a Good value, easy to install and provides a great flame. I am happy with it so far.

Good decision!
I like it! It would be cheaper to just get an H-burner and spread the glass in the fireplace floor, but thanks to another customer’s photo I decided to get this instead. I m happy with that choice. It looks simple and neat. Plus I didn’t even need the entire 25 lbs of glass! Easy installation. No hissing noise. Small blemish on the finish but hopefully I can buff it out. Goodbye gas logs!!! Ready for TX winter! LOL

Works great!
I'm super pleased with this purchase of the 36"x12" fire pit burner. Very good build quality and was packaged safely with foam on the corners to prevent bending. I also bought the "no whistle" metal hose to go from the key valve to the burner and it works perfectly. Make sure your bends in the hose are nice and smooth and make the radii as big as possible to prevent whistling. I'm fueling my fire pit with propane at the moment and at some point will plumb it into the natural gas supply in my house. I made sure to install a mixing venturi to allow the propane to provide a better flame with more oxygen.I constructed my 48"x24" fire pit with 4" limestone stacked 4 high. I also made the concrete top that is 56"x32" which provides a nice border around the burner pan to place drinks or a dinner plate.

Quick and Easy
The media could not be loaded. This insert was perfect for this project. We were looking for an outdoor table/ firepit combo piece and couldn’t find what we wanted, so I built one. I did a little bit of research and it turned out perfect. The top is concrete countertops. The opening for the fire pit is 1/8” larger than the insert. It has a flange on the outside so you can go a little larger to cover up the edges of your top. This will help prevent any buckling when it heats up.It is hooked up to a LP tank. I did purchase the air flow valve and that creates about 1 1/2 ft. flames. That’s a little too much for our area as it’s in a screened porch. It also puts off a lot of heat which is nice.It also fits a 40lb bag of glass perfectly. The items for the fire pit were purchased off of amazon. The 40lb. bag of glass was fair in price and came in 1 bag.

Works Great!!!!
I was a little worried about this when I read how it warps when it gets hot. This is a picture of my Fire Pit after it's been on about 45 minutes at full open. It got me to thinking, I cut my hole in my granite slab at about an 1/8 inch extra all the way around (therefore, 1/4 inch play). I think those people that saw it warp probably made the hole just the right size so it was tight. That gives no ability for the stainless steel to expand. I think the extra play relieves that stress.I was very pleased at the height of the flame (using 1/2 inch tubing from natural gas line all the way to burner). And it puts out a significant amount of heat.I installed this piece of granite over a wood whiskey barrel. I gave the cut out in the barrel about 2 inches spacing on every side. After the 45 minutes, the barrel was not getting warm at all. This ends up being a perfect fire pit for us that is movable, so we can place it where we like as the seasons change.I highly recommend it!

Looks amazing
We're very happy to have chosen the 48x14 fire pit. It lights up well and had absolutely no issues with it at all. No hissing noises from the burner either. It feels very very solid and not cheap. Highly recommend!

High Quality - great flame
The media could not be loaded. Used this 8”x24” for a propane fire table I built for my back patio. Pan is well constructed, measurements are on the mark, fittings/welds are quality, and H-burner produces a nice, even fire pattern. Table constructed from ceramic floor tile and poplar planking.
