Bought this product for the gates to our stable yard.Was around 50% of the cost of similar products on line.When ordering was dubious on what the build quality would be like but when delivered next day was really impressed with the qualityEasy to install with plenty of support and information on TOPENS WebsiteHandles two big wooden gates with easeHad a minor issue with one of the micro switches, Joyce at TOPENS responded within 24 hours, asked a few questions and then identified the exact problem, sent me the bits needed to rectify the fault along with exact details, including photos, took me 30mins to fit the switch and problem was solved.My experience of buying and using their product is 100% satisfaction and would highly recommend their products

Great gate openers. I fitted them 6 months ago and still working well. I fitted an extra sim card operating switch so that I can ring the number and they open before I arrive at the gates otherwise if I used the remote (which only seems to work from about 20 meters), I would be holding up the traffic while they opened. The sim card operator works really well though and to be fair the remote works well if you have space to stop in front of the gate while they open. Personally I would like them to open a little faster but the speed is absolutely fine really. You need to put more than just your IKEA hat on to fit them though, but the instructions are clear and if you follow them properly you shouldn't have a problem. The plans to fit the actuators seem a little complicated at first but just hang in there and you will see how they work. Don't get your wires crossed though or connect them incorrectly because you will blow the board. They have a key to operate them manually if the power fails and you can adjust the amount of pressure they will apply before they stop. You can also set the amount of time they stay open and the speed at which they open and close. Given that I had never fitted an operating gate before this proved to be great kit that saved a lot of money against having to pay to get them fitted. Highly recommended.

I wanted to add automatic openers to my existing gates, but wasn’t sure hwhere to start. I searched tinters and read hundreds of reviews before settling on TOPENS A8132. It was a toss up between this one and the AT1202, but preferred the expandability of the previous.On opening everything was well packaged minimising any risk of damage. The instructions are good but you need to read them to confirm which elements are pertinent to your setup before attempting anything further.Once fitting is underway don’t be tempted to use cheap additional bolts etc, if you need additional use good quality stainless steel alternatives.Make sure you use a spirit level or string line to ensure both units are equal as poor installation will cheapen the overall look or the system. Make sure you have some good quality waterproof cable connectors as one motor will need the cable extending (cable supplied).Once install is complete, the remotes must be programmed as per instructions but you need to read on a page or two to find the setting switch location. The only thing I didn’t like about this is I can’t find a setting to allow the remote to only operate the smaller pedestrian gate.Overall I’m really impressed with function and value. I did have one component failure (magnetic switch) this was pinpointed during a troubleshooting session with customer service and a replacement was delivered the following day.In a nutshell would I recommend this. The gate opener package came complete with all the necessary fixings, operating components and instructions. All were of a high standard and fitting to our gates was straightforward (if a bit fiddly to set the final opening /closing positions).Configuration and setup off the included remote fobs was very easy.The operation has be very reliable and maintenance seems to straightforward.Highly recommend

The A8132 was very straightforward to install. Everything you need is included - cable, batteries, good quality remote, etc. Set up was easy, with clear instructions. I added the ET24 electric lock to secure my garage doors when closed at this integrated perfectly, without issue. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Joyce (AOPEN technical support) helped during pre-purchased and if some queries after my install. I really can't fault the experience. Would happily use them again.
