This is my first experience with shilajit resin. I cannot compare it to other brands, as this is the only one I have tried. When I dissolve the resin sublingually, I coat the tip of a small sugar spoon and let it rest in my mouth, under my tongue, for about 10 minutes. Usually, this is enough time for it to be fully dissolved and absorbed. This has become my preferred method, and it’s the first thing I do every morning.I am grateful to have found this product! I feel like this is actually helping with my digestion issues.And it also seems like I've seen a few parasites come out of me but I'm not super sure. (This isnt marketed as a parasite cleanser, and i find conflicting info on google about its ability to do so, so take that with a grain of salt)For those of you that think supplements should taste good: this doesn’t taste terrible when stirred into a tea, but under the tongue is pretty yuck and the smell is very revolting.But when the goal is health, lots of things dont taste great 😀

Me and even my gf noticed changes after I was on it and when I went off of it for a week she could tell. I was better in the gym, extra um activities 👀, and it would make my body odor not as bad, worth the money, more energy for sure, the taste I got use too it’s a little strong but that’s because I take it straight. The color is black and thick, also if you’re anemic this helps with iron intake, finally when I run out of this one I’m getting the 2 pack cuz my gf wants it as well. THE TIKTOK ONES ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU LIKE AT ALL AND THIS ONE TASTES WAY BETTER. You can also put it in tea or water so it’s not as strong that way. You also get three sticks but I lost one. The yellow line is what’s left I’m almost done.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this for quite some time seems to be working however I had a problem with the the lid started to crumble and break off and affected the seal it was past the time for me to return it so I'm not sure if they will do anything or not we will see

Excellent product! Was doing several weeks worth of research on shilajit and wanted to give it a try. Ordered my first jar of it. I kept my expectations low but was pleasantly surprised when I noticed my energy levels being higher, my recovery time from my workouts shortened, I slept better, during my work hours I was more focused and productive. Flavor may take some getting used to but it’s actually not bad. One suggestion is if you plan to use this supplement long term is that when you finish the jar to take a month break between getting/starting your next jar. This just helps your body regulate your dosages and will give you continued results.
