Yes, buy it
Extremely moisturizing, lovely natural coconut scent, not greasy, and just so nourishing. So worth the money.

Love the Scent! Love how it melts into my skin!
I wanted something that had the scent of coconut, tropical, yummy. After receiving it and trying it, I fell in love with it. It smells yummy and tropical and like coconut. My husband loves it as much as I do. I am hoping I can use it on my face as a moisturizer as well as arms, etc. I put it initially on my arms and found it just melted (perhaps a better word would be it absorbed into my skin, etc.) No greasy feel. I am a teeny bit concerned because there is a note on the bottle that says "best when used fresh". I know not to freeze it or allow it to get ultra hot but not sure what "fresh means". Will it last a few months? weeks? I do not see a date on it showing a Use by Date or anything. Other than that I really do like thisAddition: Have been using it a few days now. Still love this stuff! I have been trying to see if I can be a bit more specific about the scent. Yes it is coconut but I think I will add it gives me a feeling coconut/sun tan lotion scent. That is what I was looking for. Very tropical, very light sent too. Not overwhelming. Have gotten several compliments and people asking me what I have on. I am still amazed as to how quickly it resolves into my skin. One other thing. I do like the ingredients. I am not an expert on this type of stuff but the first ingredient is Purified Water, second is Coconut Oil and third is Aloe Juice. From there we get some things that I don't know what they are, but to be honest I don't care. I like these "main ingredients", love the scent and love the feel. It's a done deal for me.

Great lotion
This is my favorite lotion.Skin trip is very runny. It goes on light, absorbs fast, and doesn't leave you feeling sticky. Because it has lanolin in it, the moisturizing is long lasting. I have very dry skin, and this does the trick. The scent is very different on each person. My husband uses it, and it smells light, hints of aloe and a touch of coconut, barely any scent. My friend used it and smelled more sunscreen coconut, but a light fragrance. When I use it, I smell like a vanilla cupcake topped with toasted coconut, and it is strong. My husband will put the lotion on his hands, and touch my arm because he thinks it is funny that the scent so drastically changes. While the scent is strong on me, it is not unpleasant, and I find people around me suddenly crave baked goods.

Lotion for lotion haters.
You guys. I HATE lotion. I hate the feeling of it on my skin, I hate the process of applying it, I just cannot handle lotion on my body (besides my hands). However, my skin has been so dry and ashy lately that I had to do something about it. Enter this weird hippie lotion. It goes on like a dream, absorbs super quick, and leaves zero sticky lotion-y feeling behind while still keeping me from looking like a lizard person. I can even put it on my legs right after shaving and it doesn't give me a rash like every other lotion in the world. Plus, it smells like cookies for hours after you put it on. You'll smell like a macaroon. Someone at work said I smelled like a cupcake. It's the best. That said, if you don't want to smell like cookies all day, maybe skip this lotion, or just apply it before bed so the smell wears off before you venture out into the world. I don't wear perfume, so the lotion smell doesn't bother me or clash with any other scent I might be wearing. Also, if you're sensitive to any weird ingredients like lanolin or dimethicone, double check the ingredients before buying.

Never again.
This product has been around for ages, but, I suspect, not in this exact formulation. Reading through the ingredients makes me sad. I love the coconut scent, but it isn't a natural scent. Water is the first, and therefore, the largest percentage of the product. And it sure is noticeable as I use the product. A couple of hours after use, the water has evaporated, and my skin is as dry as if I hadn't used anything on it. I remember Skin Trip as it was of old, a thicker, more emollient, less full of stuff I don't want on my skin (why do I need to put dimethicone on myself, please?), and much better-smelling product. I don't recommend this, and I won't re-order it.The only good thing about it was that the vendor split the shipping time, and I received the product in 2 days rather than the 4-7 I was told. I do appreciate that!

Good for summertime dry skin - smells fantastic
This lotion smells fantastic and works well for body. I never used it on my face because coconut oil always clogs my pores, but I can see why some people like it for face! It is very thin and absorbs quickly. The texture is a little weird if you aren't used to thin, fast-absorbing natural creams. You have to work quickly to apply it evenly. I like it better in the summer months because I need a bit of a thicker cream for winter. Plus the scent is so summery-awesome. The smell doesn't really linger for me though, I kind of wish it did! Although I do feel this works well and appreciate all the good-for-you ingredients, I prefer the feel and application of Kiehl's Lightweight Cream de Corps for summertime lotion. I will probably buy it again, but mainly for the scent :)
