Easy Install. Great Tech Support
It worked great while i traveled on a European river cruise, that passed thru Germany, Austria, Hungary. Before traveling, i set up activation date one day prior to actual travel date, it was done via website per instruction. Popped sim card in my US iPhone 11, it had a UK number +44 and numbers. As instruction indicated that it wont be able to call a US number. So i contacted (via online chat) tech support which has UK number +44. A gentleman called my phone with this +44 sim card in, instructed me that "+" with 44 is required if calling outside of UK. I was able to call and text with tech support. With full confidence I started my trip. Turned phone on when landing in Munich, immediately got signal. As did in several destinations after that. Do ignore the message of "top up". I used for App download (purchasing local tours, public transportation), google map, web-surfing. I used it to call people and reservations. I used about 3 GB for a 12-day trip. Of course I used Wi-Fi whenever it was available. I will buy it again-if price still right :)

Worked as a SIM, but no credit on it
I bought 4 of these for a 3 week family vacation in Europe. I activated them for the day before we left and got a confirmation email for each, with the UK phone numbers. So far so good.During our layover at Heathrow (London), I put the SIMs in the phones, only to get messages that they had no credit on them. No data available, no phone or texting possible. I tried to contact the seller and got no response.I called 3 on their UK number (that was the only call I could make on the SIM) and their response was that there's no credit on these SIMs, you need to buy credit to use them.So I did. Once I paid almost the same again for a 1 month data, phone and text package that I'd paid for the SIM, the phones worked fine, but I didn't get what I paid for. The return window was short enough that it had closed while we were away, so I couldn''t get my money back. One of the days we were away, we were in Turkey. The phones didn't work there. I thought I checked for that when I bought the SIMs, and saw Turkey on the list of countries it works in, but now it doesn't show Turkey on the list, so maybe it didn't then either.I would not recommend. I bought these as everything I'd need for phone service, and it was only half of what I needed.

It's working fine
I followed the instructions exactly, and it worked fine. I registered it and picked an activation date (the next day) before I left the USA. I immediately got a confirmation email, then a few hours later I was emailed an activation notice with my UK phone number. I waited and installed the SIM at Heathrow. We've gotten data, texts and made phone calls. No problems. We're headed to Italy and Slovenia next. If I have trouble, I'll come back and edit this review, but so far, no complaints. Good value.Edit: The sim continued to work well in Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia. There were occasional dead spots or weak signals, but realistically no different that you might get in the USA.

Good coverage but beware of omitted steps.
As other reviewers have noted, you must follow the instructions to the "t", including pre-registering with the email. Be prepared to spend up to a day with no data access as you go through downloading apps, emailing, waiting for responses and fiddling with settings. While I eventually got SIMs work for three phones we were using, I had to be proactive in reaching out by email to the seller:1. Even after pre-registering and following the instructions carefully, the downloaded app said that I had no data.2. The "three" app allowed me to add funds myself - even though it's supposed to come with 10 pounds pre-loaded.3. They don't mention this in their instructions but I had to email the seller separately (after finding free wifi) notifying them of no funds and ask for help.4. In a few hours, the seller eventually added the 10 pounds worth of prepaid funds and that finally allowed me to use the SIM.There's something shady about omitting a very important step about emailing the seller to add funds in the instructions. I suspect that the seller intentionally omits this step so they can pocket the funds that are supposed to be put on the card.On the plus side, once it was all connected, the coverage was great traveling through Italy, Austria and Germany.

Good SIM card
I bought this card for our Europe vacation. The card covers most European countries. I registered two days before we left the US, and we got a confirmation email and a UK phone #. Once I arrived in Paris, I replaced my SIM card on the table of a coffee shop, no need for any other action, the phone worked immediately. I can use it for phone calls, emails, and GPS maps without any problem. The card also worked in Vienna and Prague. It is an easy way to make phones work in European countries.

Easy to install and worked fine
I used this sim in Iceland, Norway, Faroe Islands, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Gurnsey and England. Coverage was good everywhere but London, where it was spotty. Followed instructions and no issues with Install or working- plenty of data after 30 days,

Awesome
I was traveling to Spain, Portugal, UK and Ireland for 23 days, mostly it was working pretty good, just once in Portugal, it stopped working, I got messages from Three, it said my data ran out…need to renew the plan…but I checked my account, my plan still had 80% remaining. When I arrived at London airport the next day, it worked again, in Dublin, it was still working very well.
