My gosh there certainly are a whole lot of fake computers on the market! I spent a good couple weeks just digging and digging through them all, trying to find a genuine item from a trustworthy seller.On a whim, I checked in Amazon's resale/refurbished section and happened upon this seller as one of Amazon's trusted refurbishers. So I took a look at their storefront and lo and behold, finally at long last found a genuine HP with all the specs I was looking for.Tbh I was still wary upon receipt, despite the fact that it came in an actual HP box. But I opened it up, turned it on and immediately started digging into the system specs and all (prospective IT Tech here lol), and whatdya know?! It's the real deal!!!I've been holding off on the review for awhile just in case it suddenly stopped working like so many of the other computers I saw in the reviews from other sellers. But yep, it's a real-deal HP supermachine! I've been running high-demand networking simulators and everything on it and she runs like a champ. Definitely recommend this seller!

UPDATE: Vendor contacted me and I was able to activate the license by using a DOS command to retrieve the license code which was not on the box or in the paperwork that came with the laptop. I've upgraded my review to 4 stars.This computer was advertised as having Windows Pro 11. It is installed, but not licensed. So, I've ended up with a laptop that has no licensed Windows software. Tried to call the vendor. Number is wrong on the paperwork included with the computer. Used Google to get a valid phone number. No one answered and their voice mail is full.

I am disappointed that it doesn't have touch screen. The model comes in touch screen. There was no advertisement saying this particular probook did not have touch screen.

It came brand new and was exactly as shown in the pictures. I trust HP because the last time I owned a HP laptop, it lasted me for 11 years!I am an Application Developer and needed a lightweight laptop for my day-to-day work. This weighs just right about 3.26 pounds and meets my needs. I wanted a 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, a Touch Screen, a fast processor and good graphics. Its battery life lasts for about a day for me. Moreover, it is silver colored with black keys which makes it look great.Great value for money!
