I got scammed
I purchased this computer expecting a functioning, ready-to-use machine. Instead, what I received is completely unusable — it’s locked with a company system called Molina healthcare which probably means the seller stole this computer, and I cannot access or reset it in any way.This was not disclosed in the listing, and it renders the computer totally worthless to me. I tried everything to make it work, but it’s clearly restricted, and I’m locked out. I feel scammed and extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Great condition
The laptop was packaged very well and came in great condition. There were a few scratches at the top of the body but it honestly looks like a brand new computer. I’ve been buying refurbished instead of new and haven’t been disappointed yet.
