Great cotton pads for the price! No irritation from plastic! They are regular pads so they are long enough so that U dnt have any accidents especially at night! They stay in place! They are super absorbent & U cant even feel them while wearing them! Its my first time trying the PMS Cramp & Bloat Relief; but I love how its all natural ingredients. Ginger& Turmeric & Magnesium. When it comes to my reproductive system I want to stay as natural as I can!

Easy enough to take, although 1 capsule is always better than 2.. but 2 isn't that out of the ordinary. I haven't seen any health differences yet personally so TBA there. Will update if it happens to be good enough/see enough clear beneficial results to repurchase though

I’ve tried this for a week, feel generally good so far. I like the ingredients, which are all natural. Smells like light ginger tea and I love it!

Ineffective. Did not work at all

These natural PMS pills are okay. I take them during my cycle, however I haven’t seen big improvements on the cramping. It does say to take them days leading up to your cycle which I haven’t done, however I do see when I take them during my cycle I have a lot less bloating. Next time I will take 3-4 days ahead of my cycle to see if they are more effective for cramps.

I really like the ingredients. Everything pairs well together. I find that this seems to be soothing more so than the better known alternatives. I love it is natural!
