Requesting a refund or another product
The item was fine but I can’t use it but 30 minutes at a time because the motor smells like it is burning. I want to send it back but no one will answer my email when I text about it. I paid to much for it for not to be able to send it back.

Satisfied enough to keep but would like a replacement plug
My title says it all, the plug keeps falling out of the unit and I am having trouble with the remote to access speed, etc. I am hoping this comment reaches the company and they can help me out. I am researching how to reach out to them.

Great machine for those that stand the motion
3.5-4 stars When I first saw the Power Fit Elite, I thought it was one of those old-school vibrating machines from the ‘70s, but this is definitely a more advanced version. It’s designed to make all your muscles contract, supposedly improving overall muscle tone and fitness.I’ll admit, I was intrigued but also a little skeptical. After trying it out, I realized that I’m pretty sensitive to movement, and I didn’t love the sensation—it felt a bit too jarring for me. That said, I can see how some people might really enjoy it, especially if they like the idea of a low-impact workout that doesn’t require a lot of effort.The machine itself is well made, sturdy, and comes with useful extras like resistance bands and a remote control. It’s also compact and easy to store, which is a plus. I haven’t decided if I’ll stick with it, but I may try to get used to it over time.If you’re looking for something different to add to your fitness routine and don’t mind the vibrating motion, this could be a great addition. But if you’re sensitive to movement like I am, it might take some getting used to.3.5/5 – Well built and innovative, but not for everyone
