I tried this for a while to try and combat hair loss. To be honest, it made me feel a little bit odd, I'm guessing is due to the keranat oil, which is the only ingredient I haven't had before.So, I stopped taking it prematurely, before any effects could be seen. However, given that any change to your hair follicles will take at least 6 months to see, you'll need to take this consistently for that time to see if it worksSolar is a solid company, and I've been buying their products for 20+ years. I would automatically trust that anything they sell is what they claim and good quality. Considering the things some supplement companies try (esp. here on Amazon) that should be an important factor in your purchase decision.

The Solgar Hair Growth Nutrition is easy to swallow. The bottle had a nice smell when I opened it.I take the gel supplements with at least half a glass of water.I'd love to have thicker and fuller hair, and the product is vegan. It seems like a great supplement for me.

Taking one softgel a day with an array of helpful hair ingredients is a wonderful change from the pills that require you to take multiples. However, I do think there are important ingredients in other products that this doesn't include. Simple may be better. I honestly don't know. I didn't notice a tremendous difference in 30 days but that's to be expected in such a short time. I'd be more likely to stick with these over a long period of time because of the ease of swallowing one softgel a day but they are a bit pricey for a one month supply.
