Great Addition to a Gym
Solid construction and works well in providing should support. I’ve dislocated my left shoulder 4+ times in my life, had a surgery on it and still have some pain. Without this product, I wouldn’t be doing full chest workouts. It is a cheat in the sense you can lift more weight, but if I max, I dont use it and go slow to avoid injury. Great product. Worth the price for sure.

Sizing is off. I decided to return for that reason and didn’t want to reorder due another sizing issue on my part . A large should be a small amount my eye. Am ordering from another brand and hope it will fit better . This is well made and durable just find your correct size and you will be golden.

Solid but check the fitting
I've always been an avid user of the sling. Helps me lift a little bit more, improved my form overtime. This particular item is solid the material holds well. The only draw back is the fact that it's difficult to put on and take off. I'm assuming I got the wrong size but I've contemplated returning several times just for how frustrating it is to put on and take off. Or maybe my biceps just grew bigger hahaa. Good value if it fits
