Yes this does work. No it does not provide immediate relief. I started to feel better about an hour after finishing the first round of dosing. Will definitely purchase again.

This actually works!

These tablets offer slight relief for a sore throat, especially after a long day of talking at work, but they aren’t a game-changer. While they help a bit with hoarseness and dryness, they didn’t do much to ease the actual soreness in my throat. If you’re dealing with a mild scratchy throat, these might be okay, but for more noticeable relief, I’d recommend going with DayQuil/NyQuil instead. Overall, it’s not a bad product, just not as effective as I hoped.

I have found this wonderfully effective for clearing phlegm in my thoat. Dissolves easily under the tongue.

Had a horrible reaction to this. Took the 2 tablets for the 1st hour as advised every 15 minutes and my head got so cloudy and I got so nauseous. I felt like I was unable to keep clear thoughts and speak clearly it was extremely scary. It did help my sore throat but not worth it. I’d rather take something over the counter next time :(
