These neck band, blue-tooth device is an absolute must for its price. Its easy to handle, has good audio quality that can be checked by listening to melodious music with booming percussion and instruments. The wires connected to ear plugs have a decent length, that take care of inadvertent movement while running long distances. One may consider having it even if you have another blue-tooth device as I have others brands too. Mic quality id good, functionally it's easy to handle, battery life is decent and overall its a good buy.

The headphones work fine, it has an awesome battery life which I needed desperately. The Audio from it is also good. The few points which has made me not like are that the wire length is a bit longer than needed. The most annoying part of these pair is the announcement whenever you connect to a device, even when the headphones sound is low the announcement is very loud and when the battery reaches 10% every 2 minutes it announces battery low making the headphones unusable, and if you want to use it you have to charge it to at least 20% for it to stop announcing "low battery" in full volume. The neckband is thick and is pretty durable, the ear buds design being metal is good.

The Crossbeats Shuffl ANC is an absolute beast in its price range! The sound quality is crisp, with deep bass and clear vocals. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) works surprisingly well, blocking out most background noise. The battery life is superb, lasting for hours without any issues. The touch controls are responsive, and the comfort is excellent even for long listening sessions. Great value for money! Highly recommend!

Product was good initially. But they are doing fraud with Warranty and registration. Its clearly mentioned that product comes with 1 year warranty. After reaching out to Customer service they say you are out of warranty. Total fraud by Amazon.

I’ve been using the Shuffle ANC Neckband for a while now, and I’m quite impressed. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) works well in reducing background noise, making calls and music more immersive. The sound quality is crisp, with good bass and clear vocals. Battery life is decent, lasting around X hours on a single charge. Working fine as expected but I am buy Rs.1799/-This CrossBeats Shuffl ANC Bluetooth neckband's description mentioned 120 hours of playtime.Based on that, it should have at least 5 days of standby time (120 ÷ 24 = 5 days). However, the battery backup lasts only one day.This is a fake advertisement and a misleading description. I am not happy with this product. There is no return policy or money-back guarantee. What should I do now?
