Back support.
The back support should be robust or tight, it should not cave in or be loose. The velcro tape should be fixed, so that it can take care of the back support factor, that is tight or loose. Present position of velcro is not satisfactory.

Item weight to strength ratio is good.It will be better if height of the back rest becomes 6 inch more. Then head rest will work better even at straight sitting posture.
